Please try the following method: 1、Use another USB cable and retry; 2、Use another SD card and retry.

The "turn on&turn off" sound can not be closed. You'll need them to recognize whether the device is turned on. You can turn off the "power on" sound in 70mai app setting list.
You can follow the instruction below to connect your device to your cell phone again:
1.Press the power button of the dash cam 5 times to start the factory resetting. During the resetting, the indicator of the dash cam will flashes blue. After the factory resetting is completed, the dash cam will automatically shut down. Please press the power button to restart.
2. You can use the default password: 12345678 to connect your device to your cell phone again.
