Please follow the instructions below:
1.Press the power button of the dash cam 5 times to start the factory resetting. During the resetting, the indicator of the dash cam will flash blue. After the factory resetting is completed, the dash cam will automatically shut down. Please press the power button to restart.
2. Use the default password:12345678 to connect your device to the App again.

The color of the 70mai logo depends on the firmware version.

Please format your SD card and then follow the instruction to upgrade manually: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FYszCLMlVZ74nvFde6shG

Please try the following solutions:
1. Unbind the dash cam from the 70mai App, and then re-add it. Don't quit the App immdediately after the device is successfully connected. Wait for about five minutes;
2. Please reset to factory settings if step 1 fails;
3. Please upgrade the App version when resetting doesn’t work;
4. If none of the above works, please update the firmware.

The default password should be 12345678. Press the power button 5 times, then you can reset the factory settings and use the default password to connect.

1. Currently the 1S only supports voice control in English, please make sure you use English voice commands;
2. Check if the voice control function is turned off in the 70mai APP;
3. Voice control's perfromance varies based on different users' voice volume, articulation, etc. When it's not performing well, please invite others to have a try to exclude this possibility.

There's no option to turn off sound completely, as you'll need the voice prompts to know whether the device is turned on and functioning. You can turn off the power-on sound in settings on the 70mai App.
