1. Shipping Fee &Time
Free shipping for order over $50.
Shipping to the United States:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the same day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 3-7 days.
Shipping to CA/AU/GB/IT:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-14 days.
Shipping to DE/FR:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-10 days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.
During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.
2. Tracking Number
Once your order ships, we will send you an email including tracking number individually. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update over 3 working days, please contact us at onlinehelp@70mai.com, we are here to help.
3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification
We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed. If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

How to connect the device to the App again if i forget the WiFi password of the 1S?
Please follow the instructions below:
1.Press the power button of the dash cam 5 times to start the factory resetting. During the resetting, the indicator of the dash cam will flash blue. After the factory resetting is completed, the dash cam will automatically shut down. Please press the power button to restart.
2. Use the default password:12345678 to connect your device to the App again.
Why the color of the 70mai logo on screen changes?
The color of the 70mai logo depends on the firmware version.
How to recover the 1S if firmware upgrade failed?
Please Format your SD card and then follow the instruction to upgrade manually: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FYszCLMlVZ74nvFde
Need to reactivate the dash cam every time when starting up.
Please try the following solutions:
1. Unbind the dash cam from the 70mai App, and then re-add it. Don't quit the App immdediately after the device is successfully connected. Wait for about five minutes;
2. Please reset to factory settings if step 1 fails;
3. Please upgrade the App version when resetting doesn’t work;
4. If none of the above works, please update the firmware.
What should I do if I don't remember the device's Wi-Fi password?
The default password should be 12345678. Press the power button 5 times, then you can reset the factory settings and use the default password to connect.
Voice control doesn't work.
1. Currently the 1S only supports voice control in English, please make sure you use English voice commands;
2. Check if the voice control function is turned off in the 70mai APP;
3. Voice control's perfromance varies based on different users' voice level, articulation, etc. When it's not performing well, please invite others to have a try to exclude this possibility.
