Shipping to the United States:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the same day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 3-7 days.
Shipping to CA/AU/KR:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-14 days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.
During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.
2. Tracking Number

3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification

The A410's upgraded Buffered Emergency Recording now extends up to 3 minutes, capturing the pre-collision buffer, impact, and 30 seconds post-collision. These critical clips are saved securely in an "Emergency video" folder, safe from overwriting, to support accident reconstruction and protect against fraud.
Loop Recording
The A410 continuously records, overwriting older files to ensure uninterrupted footage. Crucially, all emergency and parking surveillance videos are protected in separate "Event" and "Parking" folders, preventing them from being overwritten by regular loop recordings.

What are the advantages of HDR mode?
This model is equipped with hardware-level HDR capability, which can greatly optimize the imaging effect in scenarios with strong brightness contrast, such as the following:
- Entering and exiting tunnels or underground garages during the daytime on a sunny day;
- Headlights shining directly on the license plate of the vehicle at night;
- Shadow imaging of objects on the road in areas exposed to strong sunlight.
What is the parking surveillance cable (70mai Hardwire Kit)?
The parking surveillance cable is an accessory utilized in the dash cam for parking security. It is used for the following functions:
- Drawing power from the battery of the vehicle in order to maintain the constant power supply to the dash cam after the vehicle engine has been switched off. This allows for the functions of normal operation of parking surveillance and remote surveillance.
- To prevent the battery from being drained and the car from malfunctioning, the cable cuts off the power supply to the dash cam when the voltage of the battery has decreased to a preset threshold.
How many GB does this dash cam support?
This dash cam can support memory cards with storage ranging from 64 GB to 256 GB. The recommended memory card grade is U1/Class 10 or above.
Can I use third-party power sources to power the dash cam?
This dash cam model requires a power supply with 5V/1.5A input, and it is recommended to use an official 70mai power supply accessories. If you prefer using a third-party power supply accessory, please make sure to opt for an accessory with power supply specificationsthat meet the requirements and comply with national safety regulations.
Why can't I use HDR mode after setting the frame rate to 60 fps?
Based on the HDR mode realization principle, the amount of frame encoding calculation is equal to 60 fps under the setting of HDR+30 fps. HDR and 60 fps cannot be enabled simultaneously on mainstream dash cam controllers because the processing capability is insufficient.
Where are the video/photos and other image files stored after they are downloaded from the dash cam to the APP?
After the video/photos and other image files have been downloaded from the dash cam to the mobile APP, they are all stored in the "70mai" album in the system album of the mobile phone. You may access and manage these image files in the system album or in the local album of the 70mai APP.
Can I turn off the watermark on the dash cam screen?
The speed and coordinates watermarks and brand logo watermark on the dash cam screen can be individually disabled. Simply select the “dash cam settings” tab on the device or on your mobile phone to turn off the watermark. However, the date and timestamp cannot be turned off.
Does parking surveillance function support sensitivity setting?
Collision detection parking surveillance function supports five sensitivity settings.
The difference between each level of sensitivity is in the judgment of collision recognition, the higher the sensitivity setting, the easier to trigger.
What is the purpose of GPS (global positioning system) on the dash cam?
With the dash cam's built-in satellite positioning module, the vehicle's current location information can be retrieved in real time, allowing for the following additional safety functions:
- Watermarking information such as speed, latitude, and longitude on the video screen provides evidence records with a reference.
- Dash cams record every trip your vehicle takes and summarize that information into a driving route that can be used as a reference for historical trip statistics.
Why is the video data stored in the dash cam not readable when it is directly plugged to the computer?
Please use a data cable with a data transmission function. The dash cam is equipped with a power cord without data transmission function.
