Shipping to the United States:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the same day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 3-7 days.
Shipping to CA/AU/KR:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-14 days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.

2. Tracking Number

3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification
We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed. If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

Why collision detection, motion detection and time-lapse photography cannot be turned on in my Dash Cam?
This is because the Dash Cam does not detect the parking surveillance cable. In this case, please start troubleshooting with the following:
1. Check whether the parking surveillance cable of the Dash Cam is correctly installed? If you do not have installation experience and firsthand ability, it is recommended to ask a professional to install it at an auto repair and maintenance store;
for minority car models, it is recommended to contact 4S store first to get the vehicle fuse box circuit definition information for installation reference.
2. Check whether the parking surveillance cable has poor contact with the fuse box or with the Dash Cam.
Does the parking surveillance support sensitivity settings?
Motion detection supports three sensitivity settings of high/medium/low.
The difference between each sensitivity grade is in the collision recognition judgment, the higher the sensitivity setting, the lower the threshold value for determining collision.
How does the hardwire kit work?
The hardwire kit draws power from the car battery, enabling the dash cam to record videos during parking surveillance mode.
Can I activate parking surveillance mode without a 70mai Hardwire Kit?
No, the Parking Surveillance Mode can only be activated by installing the 70mai Hardwire Kit.
When I close the door after getting out of the car, it is easy to trigger the recording video of parking surveillance, how to solve it?
Either of the following methods can be taken to solve the problem,
1. Reduce the sensitivity setting for collision detection to trigger parking surveillance.
2. In the collision response policy of parking surveillance, set it to delay 5 minutes before responding.
Why can't the Dash Cam enter the parking surveillance mode after the vehicle is shut down even though the parking surveillance cable is installed and the collision detection / motion detection parking surveillance function or time-lapse photography function is turned on?
This is a result of incorrect wiring of the parking surveillance cable on the vehicle fuse box. This may lead to the failure of the Dash Cam to properly enter the parking surveillance mode after the vehicle flameout. For this situation, it is recommended to consult a 4S store or professional repair store to clarify the wiring method for the constant power supply after flameout of your vehicle.
Note: non-professional changes to the car circuit may lead to battery failure or even vehicle self-ignition and other serious consequences, please be sure to address the parking surveillance cable installation wiring with the help of professional institutions.
